The organization started its activities in a small scale by providing training to farming community on livestock management and modern agricultural techniques. It has also conducted health camps for the rural people in collaboration with various private and government hospitals. The recognition given by the public, charity organizations, and local administration and government institutions further motivated the organization to involve in other development interventions. The activities gained momentum when we started implementing short term and long term vocational training programs for women and youth. Government institutions and other private institutions supported these programmes.

The organization has promoted and strengthened 511 self-help groups of women (SHGs), 58 youth SHGs for men and the members of the groups have started internal savings and credit. BEES is currently in partnership with much government, non-government, private bi-lateral and INGOs in implementing development projects. BEES strongly believe that any development intervention need people participation in all the stages of planning, implementing, and monitoring for sustainability. The organization’s strategic direction is as given.
